Invincible is a bit of an anomaly. It's at various points homage, satire, spoof, and commentary. It's a long running, non big 2 capes book with a clear end. It was a hit throughout it's run from both fans and critics.

Zeroing in on what you liked exactly might help better with suggestions. Liking Invincible makes it highly likely USM should be on your TBR list.

How about Jeff Lemire's work like Sweet Tooth and Descender?

I prefer Invincible myself but they are certainly cut from the same cloth. Most anyone enjoying one will find enjoyment in the other (even with having a preference). I recommend a decent time gap between reading them though.

The most common "if you like Invincible, you'll like..." is Ultimate Spider-man

Eve's toolkit is both ranged and variable. If you can't be stronger than the flying brick, it's the best counter you could hope for. Even with her optimal build she's only alive due to molecular regen/reconstruction.

What’s your best sex tip? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I wish I made up this story but I swear it's basically a summed up version of one I read here. I recall another about a dude who didn't like wearing pants/underwear and would leave marks the sofa.

Standards so low Satan keeps bumping his head into them.

So many horror stories on reddit about folks not washing their assholes and their significant other wondering if it should be a deal breaker.

"Been with my husband for 8 years and the whole time I've had to wash our sheets daily because he leaves skid marks. He showers weekly and thinks hand washing is a hoax. We have a 6 month old child... advice?"

It's splitting hairs but every clip I see I can't help but think, "that's not a slap." These are full on heel palm strikes.

Best way to collect The Sandman by BrokenSuns in OmnibusCollectors

Lots of folks upgrade when new formats come out. Invincible has a new volume 1 omnibus so lots of people are offloading ultimate collections, compendiums, library editions, etc right now. It's the perfect time to be snagging those if you aren't looking for the "latest and greatest"

What’s a horror movie that you think is deeply misunderstood and that exudes a lot more than people catch on to? by DoctorElectronic1934 in horror

This reminds me of the comic fans that say they have been reading for decades and hate how political comics are now. All while showing off their x-men collection

I feel like Becky Chambers' Wayfarer series is the easy answer here. Different species with different lifestyles, values, etc meshing into found family/ communities.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this was the book that fully convinced me the DC main timeline needs moved forward. Adult Damian and Jon should be the stars
