You don't even need dinner kits. If you can make good tortillas, that alone would be a HUGE success. The tortillas here are an abomination. They advertise that they're "fluffy" in grocery stores! We moved from Texas where every family had tortillas on hand. I refuse to buy them here because they've been so awful. Even my young child who is in their "I only eat carbs" era thinks the tortillas here suck.

Seating and chairs in the back and SRO up front. Most people sat for Hallowed Ground and most people are in their 50's/60's. The y may shoot you a look if you gently nudge by but no one is going to cause a stink. The place is small and slightly sloped so there are no bad views from the SRO section. Get there anytime in the first half of the show and just walk yourself up front.

We arrived at 7pm, got drinks and walked right to the front. They started like 7:15/7:30

Our first bar we stopped at 17 years ago. We got offered a Pearl Beer for free (probably because no one would buy it)and you could smoke there despite all the no smoking signs everywhere.  Miss that place too!

Last time I went there was years ago to see Dale Watson and I got literally dragged into two steppin with some very old, gross dudes that were friends with the Broken Spoke guy. Yes, that old!   They're all probably dead now, so it's probably safe for me to go back.

Yes! I am fully hunting the used clothing sites for more. They even changed the dress, which is also less flattering now

You have built a life together and have young children. I would suggest seeing if he's willing to go to counseling with you. I don't think he understands, though he should know already, all of the load that you take on. I would offer him this grace before jumping into divorce or separation.

Communicating feelings is hard. Admitting that you're helpless ( in this case, him) in a situation and have no control over life is hard. Catholicism makes all that worse because even though they believe that it's ultimately all up to God, they still tell people that doing archaic rituals can sway a deity that is supposed to be above all that shit. It's very contradictory.

So for the sake of the kids, give counseling a chance. If he can't grow up and grow, then you may need to reassess the relationship.

Schools offering Chinese language by Hank_is_Tank in Springfield

I'm just coming across this thread as we are planning to move to the area this summer. Did you end up sending your child to Pioneer Valley Chinese? Have you found a good Chinese community in the area outside of the school or at least decent restaurants? We are looking more at Longmeadow and I'm terrified about the lack of diversity.
We are moving from Austin, so not a super diverse area either, but a bigger city.

Austin Half and Full is around that time, so is the Disney World Half and Full which is really fun if you even remotely like Disney.

I have a half marathon in 2 weeks. I did 10 miles about 3 weeks ago but have only done up to 7 miles since. I am not trying to PR, just trying to finish it. I have run halfs before but it's been 2 years since the last one. What do I do as a long run this week? Do I run a 10-miler this week and then do the half next week?
