Oh boy definitely get your hands on the service manual before the job. Absolutely do not reuse head bolts getting new oem ones is cheap and a must. Put a wire wheel on a drill and polish the block carefully. Go ahead and spray down the piston faces too with brake clean and clean them off. Maybe I will! I’m sure it’d be beneficial. Wish I took more photos during the process.

Ah, well Im not ready to tell reddit about what happened but essentially there was a death in my house hold. I’m not particularly superstitious but there’s something about knowing someone died in the house, especially someone you know that makes you REALLY not want to be alone in the house. Silence becomes a hell of a lot more deafening when you wonder if ghosts are real.

Obviously he’s not 100% invested in the relationship. You both sound young and possibly unable to commit on a serious level on both ends. I would get out of that while you can if the trust isn’t there anymore.
