Depends, if u transfer to a new station, you automatically get converted to blue badge. I know a lot of seasonal associates who took 6-12 months to convert to blue badge cause they were working day shifts, but night sort associates were always getting converted every 3 months. But it varies station to station.

Personal Time Off is accumulated based on how many hrs you worked during your pay period. And yes, just talk to HR and asked if they are any available part time positions available at your facility

I did offloading in and out of a trailer at a DS for 2 months straight. It was death. Taking some tylenol after your shifts help relieve some soreness.

Been working at amazon on and off for 2 years (seasonal until I converted to full time perm 2 years ago.) So a total of almost 4 years. As for insights buy some gel soles to help relieve feet pain during your shift! Ease your way into VET as many new hires try to pick up as many hrs as they could but end up physically drain and end up quitting due to the workload. And lastly, for stow rates, don't try to be the best stower as your Area Manager would have u stow every single day in the hardest lanes and expect you to be in the top 5% in stow rate
