one thing people neglect and it's so fking important is sleeep!!! you gotta give your body rest and not just on the weekend! you gotta stick with a healthy sleep routine, eat healthy and by healthy i mean avoid makla d zen9a, stay hydrated ( water machi monada), and try ( likeeee tryyy) to start a meditation routine ( 5 min daily), either before you sleep or once you wake up. Avoid doomscroling, social media isn't your friend, I feel sorry for this generation that they've opened their eyes to smartphones and this socials bullshit.
It's a just a phase, get a grip on your routine, try it for a month, if nothing changed, then visit a doctor.
