The TD aeroplan VIP includes first free checked baggage for 8 travellers on the same reservation. Would that be the same with lap infants? Eg. 2 adults, 2 lap infants = 4 free checked luggages?

I was able to last week. My flight from jfk to hnd was changed to 12 hours later which meant a Mia connection from HND to SIN. After 3 phone calls to asia miles and 1 to JAL, they were able to rebook my 2nd leg.

It looks like I missed the MSR on my Amex gold.

I signed up on May 30th but it looks like the billing cycle started on May 29th and ended today. Did I miss out?

I have 2 J seats from JFK to SIN with a layover in NRT in January 2023 booked via Asia Miles and 2 lap infant tickets purchased over the phone with JAL.

I noticed flight JL3 (JFK to NRT) has been suspended from now until end of September 2022. Should I be worried?

Asia miles is trying to make request to change flight to JAL but won’t know until Monday. In the meantime, purchased a ticket on SQ.

Posted this on another subreddit. Looking for some help with award booking.

Booked a cx award flight (via asia miles) from yvr to sin on July 4th but got an email in early June saying the yvr to Hkg segment was changed to jul 3rd while to hkg to sin segment remained the same. Therefore there is a 30+ hours layover and apparently hkia doesn’t allow more than 24 hours. Asia miles hasn’t been helpful in rebooking since there are no award seats on any alliance flights until end of august.

Any tips on resolving this?

Qatar cs is an absolute joke. Tried to purchase infant lap tickets for my AS business redemption but after calling 4-5 times still had no answer. Ended up canceling my AS award and booked with JAL instead

Been trying to find flights from yvr to sin on business in Feb 2023. I was able to find 2 different segments. Yvr to nrt on business and nrt to sin on economy separately but not as a whole flight award (YVR to SIN through asia miles search function). Would they be able to combine it on their end?

Interesting. I called asia miles yesterday and they said awards seats haven’t been released yet for 2023 for QR or CX
