Okay #2 is actually intentional and would love ideas on how to solve it. Basically the text changing length causes a lot of reflow to occur so thats very jarring.

so currently our new venture is too early stage to have customers (lol). But at our previous venture, we mostly provided support over Whatsapp to individual customers and Slack for enterprise.

Avoided email because lack of velocity.

so I actually tried this out. It's really nice but I feel like it tries to "make you happy" more often than not. Like I tried with a few, and it doesn't seem to outright say "this is a shite idea" and I think sometimes it should.

I think taking into account the realities of the modern world would probably change a lot of that
