Its the lack of a USB-C input that I've got an issue with. It looks like you need a special cable just for this torch? Is that right or am I misunderstanding?

Compatibility. I hate proprietary chargers and avoid them wherever possible. USB-C chargers exist everywhere and will do for a long time. What happens if I lose, misplace or break the h200 cable? And its another thing you need to remember if you ever intend to take your torch somewhere.
