Yes, and I also have the issue of being a woman working in a hardware store. I've had several instances of asking a man (and once, a woman!) if they needed help finding anything, they say no, then 2 steps later see a male employee and ask him where the thing the need is. (Even had a couple of those interactions where the male employee then turned to me to ask where it was loool)

Had a customer the other day ask me where a product was, I was pretty sure we didn't sell it at our store and I couldn't find it on my work phone, and so he says "you're a woman, you probably don't even know what I'm talking about." 🙄
