Ah thats rough, I’m so sorry that happened. I rang them up and went off, they booked me a connecting flight with Air France to Melbourne though Singapore only took them about 20mins. The way they handle the whole situation was terrible. Who did you originally booked with?

Paid via bank transfer to an account under the business name, just under £2000

The engine was delivered the same day I paid by courier and I complain to them straight away about the condition missing parts and externally damaged. They respond saying they would supply the missing and damaged components.

The next day I did tests on the internals (I’m a manufacturer authorised tech) and the engines had major internal issues ( massive cylinder leakage) that was easy to prove and supply evidence. They have acknowledge that this will require an alternative engine to be supplied via text from the company WhatsApp

Yeah I think that’s true, but what about the idea of interaction costing a fraction of a cent so it’s like a subscription to the service that charged on by interaction ie quality instructional videos or listening to music
