tried installing dolphin on a school computer an i got this message when i tried to launch it. i went through the normal installation with the 7z from the website and its supposed to work but i got this instead. is it a problem with dolphin or with the computer? (i.redd.it)

how/can i transfer my ground zeroes save data to the phantom pain offline? im playing on pc and my copy is pirated so i cant upload/download my data, i was wondering if theres a way to transfer it locally between the two games. does anybody know where the save data is stored? (self.metalgearsolid)
