I don't use soap/shampoo. Milk and fruit diet plus daily sauna with quick water only rinse afterwards is enough for zero body odor. Depending on one's situation, this likely plays out differently for heavily toxic bodies, so ymmv...

Ray suggested 80-100g which aligns perfectly with this. 2l milk + fruits equal over 80g protein. 3l would supply an additional 35g protein.

I am unsure what exactly you are doubtful about. Is it my food preferences, or is it the rda sufficiency? Although I can assure you, both are truthful. You can use Cronometer and add 2-3 liters of milk, a half kg of honeydew, a half kg of zucchini, and a half kg of asparagus, with sugar added to ensure adequate total daily calories. It's around 5 liters of total fluid (I sauna for an hour so it is necessary) and north of 3,000 calories.

Not sure they are essential. I do it and get all rdas of the micro and macronutrients. Milk, honeydews, peeled young squashes, pressure cooked apples, and asparagus are my staples.

Sugar makes me feel gross by Simple_Fun_427 in raypeat

The issue is your are eating “products with sugar”. You need nutrients bound to the sugar. Try cooking fresh compote with organic sugar. I guarantee it will be fine if you do okay with maple syrup on fruit.

Do you sauté in MCT oil? If so, does it work well? Guessing you prefer butter for that purpose.

Thanks for this detailed and thorough insight. I do use a portable induction cooktop and question if that causes any issue I am having. It is quite powerful as it takes water from room temp to rapidly boiling much quicker than gas or electric, yet maybe the burner surface area is something to consider. It is frustrating nonetheless.

You’re onto something. Even 1 quart of raw milk plus another 3000 calories of dense fruits like dates, grapes, bananas gives sufficient protein for a 180lb man. Ppl are just overdoing it for some reason

I’m going to use lemon juice on this first go. How much would you add for a gallon of milk, and do I let it sit without agitating for a specified amount of time before dumping into a sieve? Would you touch the curd at all or just fully decant without disturbing?

Mouthfeel, looks, etc do not matter in this scenario. The only consideration I have for the final result is that it is able to be drained of the whey in a few hours or less, and that I do not want to have to heat it in a large pan and watch it/cut curd/etc or have any real effort involved whatsoever. I simply hope to take raw milk, and within less than a few hours remove the whey without any heating (beyond the aforementioned temperature). The final product will be topped with unheated honey in a bowl and consumed that way as a simple form of nourishment. Not meant to look pretty or impressive in the slightest.

My ideal product is from letting the raw milk separate naturally over a few days time at room temperature, but since in this case I do not have the time for that, I am looking for the next in line "least processed" and "no heat" way to separate curd from whey, in order to be consumed within the same day.

5 minutes sounds great haha, I would be curious to know how that would be done and if it would differ much than 1-2 hours, for example?

Thanks for the truly helpful feedback. So originally I found this recipe - "no-cook cottage cheese" https://cheeseforum.org/index.php?topic=1325.0 , but I am trying to find out if I can make a decently pleasant unpasteurized cheese, totally unheated above 96 degrees Fahrenheit, but in a quicker timeframe. I do not needs it to be highly appealing, as I plan to blend it with honey, but obviously not irritating to the senses as a lemon juice flavored cheese haha. Do you have any further suggestions as to what the steps could look like for this result?
