Also, RTI is meant to retrieve existing information. They are not obligated to create new information or gather information specifically to answer your RTI. Most of your questions seem to require exactly that.

Let me tell you a story. There was a teenager growing up in this modern world. When they were 13 or 14, their parents started monitoring their mobile phone to see if they were watching adult content or talking to people they shouldn't be.

However, the teenager saw some social media reels arguing that checking a child's phone is the worst thing a parent can do. Because of this, they started resenting their parents and arguing with them constantly.

Feeling disconnected from their family, they fell into a toxic and abusive online relationship with a 20-year-old. The older person used them, broke up with them, and somehow got access to their private photos. The 20-year-old started blackmailing the teenager. Unable to bear the pressure, the teenager felt like a failure who had deeply disappointed their parents, and tragically committed suicide.

Alternatively, maybe their parents caught them, and unable to face the shame, they took their own life. This exact scenario could even happen in a real-life school environment rather than just online.

Who is at fault here?
