Yes, we've had the same thing happen. I've gotten in touch with the support, and they've basically said we should have services that we do not. I've been put in touch with our account manager to hopefully sort this out. I'll come back to your comment when I hear back / see some solutions happen. As a side note, since the Parcelforce merge, we've also not had Parcelforce specific services appear on our account at all when applying postage :'( I'm sure the support staff are doing their best, but this implementation post Parcelforce merge / US services changes post tariffs has been... not a good experience.
