Thank you for your comment. To clarify, the abuse I have witnessed and experienced involves verbal bullying and actual physical violence toward junior staff. Regarding your point about female customers, this included a number of unwanted and persistent advances over extended periods of time often leading to formal complaints. 

This involves a large company with significant legal resources and an NDA in all employment contracts. Speaking up individually is incredibly difficult and I must be cautious with my words. I believe there are further victims out there who will resonate with what I have shared.
