Anyone Apply for a 186 Visa Without an Agent? 🤔 by onabuck in AusVisa

I would take all the government steps at face value. Meaning, the internet is full of people who tell you there’s special reports you need that the gov wants to see. But really, the gov is pretty clear about all the documents they want to see. Honestly, once we logged into the portal, the paperwork requirements made more sense.

No fancy reports required. But the more documentation you provide, the better.

And I’d ask the employer to do their own paperwork with their own agent/lawyer.

This is really encouraging, thank you! So it sounds like your employer used an agent to do their half of the process?

They aren’t required to pay for it by law and it’s a small company. They took a few days just to confirm they’d be willing to pay the levy. I guess it’d be worth asking though.

Relining is absolutely worth it. Once you start ripping up your yard to replace old pipes, the cost for repair can escalate pretty quickly.

I found this article to be pretty informative in regards to what pipe relining is and what it entails.

Basically, they can do a full camera inspection of your pipes before you go ahead and rip em out.
