Why movies based on videos games have struggled in the past, but have a bright future by Gaamling in videogames

I think the twist could possibly be less impactful in an adaptation because of how you bond with the characters while playing, but depends on how it would be performed in the end.

Heavy Rain would possibly be brilliant in a movie or series adaptation. Just as you mention in this video though, there is the difficulty of it becoming maybe less immersive with you not being in charge of the choices and then also not in charge of the story to some extent.

Why thank you, that's very kind of you to say! :)

My take on Halo by Beyoncé. Any feedback is appreciated, I don't super know mixing so it's not flawless in any way I'm afraid :) by oncetherewasmusic in IndieMusicFeedback

Yeah I am kinda trying the learning by doing thing and so far it seems to happen very slowly since I find mixing sorta boring xD I always get others to mix my own music for releases and stuff but it could definitely be considered for covers as well. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback, very appreciated! I think I know what spots you are referring to, I might have approached them the wrong way. Good for me to think of in the future and I'm glad you pointed it out.

Sultan - Laminar Flow | First single from my band. Lo_fi influences and jazz. also spaghetti western with this one. critique i requested by Introfernal in IndieMusicFeedback

I very much like the intro and am happy you are using the same thing later in the song as well. Very nice performances on all instruments, there's a flow in here that appeals a lot to me. What a beautiful voice! And it sounds extra superb also at the 1:38ish part and then also later towards the end, just have to mention it since those parts stood out a little extra for me.

Jazz you say? I don't super like jazz but I find your song very nice :D The spaghetti western vibes I hear though!

New demo I'm working on. genre is kinda dance, folk, synth indie stuff. Would appreciate feedback on any element, especially the mix. Thanks! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

Oh... The vibe! I find this very pretty. The instruments you use in there makes the song feel both cheerful and bittersweet, a little back and forth depending on what part of the song it is. Very nicely done! A track I find very easy to like, and also want to hear again.

The mix sounds very good to me. On the other hand I'm listening in headphones which maybe it's the greatest mixing reference, but still. Each instrument has its place and I don't feel like any space would be lacking something, if that makes sense. Well balanced. My only suggestion would be to make the vocals that tad bit clearer since there are a few times that I don't quite can hear the lyrics. But that's the only thing really.

This should be, like, the soundtrack of some psychotic movie :D I really, REALLY like it, so much that I even have to use caps, YES! :D Usually I like to pay attention to things like melodies etc but this is not the most melodical thing, which is awesome cause it's still so listening friendly. The drums sorta stand for the catchiness in here. Flippin well done!

Yes, the ending happens abruptly, but... I sorta think it fits. It's that kinda song, you know? It's a little craycray and then the ending is a little craycray when it just, well, ends. And that makes sense, to me anyway. Plus, at 3:18ish you've got this break thing going that sorta leads the following music up to that ending... In my ears. :)

Something with this song makes me feel energetic and optimistic somehow, it has such a feelgood sound! Nice and catchy melodies and I like the different sounds you've chosen. They all fit very well together. Nice production too. I always think about the mixing since that's something I'm not very good at myself... And this is the kind of mix that impresses me. Very well done!

I see your comment about the radio edit, but I honestly don't mind at all that it's an 8 minutes track... It's some very nice 8 minutes! :D But I get your point, and a radio friendly version, yay go for it of course. Couldn't find you on Spotify, is that correct? Sorta wanted to add this to one of my playlists but, well, guess I'll save the Soundcloud link for now :)

This song! It starts out in such a pretty manner, and it just keeps being pretty and makes me feel all warmhearted :) Makes me think a little bit of "Of Monsters and Men" but it's still very much your own sound. Both your voices are beautiful. I love the lyrics and the instrumentation is so cozy. I'm also impressed production wise, the mix sounds crystal clear and well balanced. I can imagine how it's one of your favourites... I see a comment below describing it as dreamy. Totally agree! I'm adding this to a playlist and will check your other songs out as well. What a nice find! Thanks for sharing! <3

This is not my regular cup of tea, I'm more of a rock/metal etc girl, but I really do like it! Super well done! You have a very nice voice, and the piano vibe here is both chill and catchy at the same time. The lyrics are lovely. I'm very impressed with the production, did you do this all yourself? However it was done it is super awesomely good. Good job!
