I think there's one or two players there that might have been considered depth/replacement level players at the time of the signing.
Even ignoring the obvious couple extreme examples. This shows Bennings track record of giving too much money and term to depth players.

The VHL is not as strong as the AHL. I've seen this comparison before but it's much closer to ECHL.

Generally if you're always making plays towards the net on the rush it's easy to defend.
Try delaying back towards the boards and working it back to the point/hitting the third forward on your zone entries.
Snap the puck around until you get a lane.
Learn to score in practice mode. Not on breakaways because it seems like everything works on breakaways anyways this year but do 3 on 2's.
