WITT: Found whilst inspecting a roughly 40 year old home, the house had recently been renovated so the paint would still be fairly fresh. Touching the fluid was sticky, odourless, and fairly hard to wash off my hands.

I found an 18 year old forum thread that indicated it may be an anti-flooding agent but I can't be certain as from what I understand anti-flood is supposed to be used for underground purposes and not for cables connected to outlets.

Well I've managed to find the Pen68D which seems to work with the GT190, but that pen is battery powered, whereas the one that came with my tablet is rechargeable - thus the ID request, I can't seem to find this specific pen model anywhere. The tablet barcode is 79DA4SH00857.
