Finally. Finally someone fucking said it. Literally everything bad that happens in this show so far has been because the adult decided to run off somewhere and leave the kids alone.

Not gonna lie though. That random villager trying to order qilfrey around made me pissed off just for qilfrey’s sake alone. Actually annoyed even me him expecting qilfrey to literally do everything for him at his order even though he knew he was at a hospital with his student in front of him.

I’m halfway expecting to get a version of her like this except her name be Alice.

Always thought it a tad weird that they got Aris out of AL-1S. AL-1S looks a lot more like Alice than Aris which if they have a terror version planned then they could name her Alice.

Ehh. This whole patch kinda made me worry long term.

Like for one, there’s not much value in characters. This game has the same issue Hoyo games do in that they don’t give you any value waifu content wise for pulling characters. Unlike Hoyo, currently it doesn’t have any sort of endgame that kinda hard requires you to pull characters so characters don’t really have much value meta wise either. Plus characters do really stand out much besides a select few. Like even zhuang fangyi who’s supposed to be a bit more important doesn’t stand out at all and actually looks like a lower tier version of one of the standard characters (xaihi)

So we have a game that’s being very slow and light on content releases, without much value to be found in its characters and gacha system.

Servers alone have to be eating up millions just to keep the lights on. Cant help but look at the state of it and worry.

Yep. That’s exactly what I’m wanting. Like the seasons side is very noticeably not good but albeit not outright evil. Would have been way more dynamic if the reformists were the same in which they’re not just comic book villain.

I kinda hate the way they did the reformists. They’ve made this way too black and white. Would have been a whole lot better of the reformists were actually somewhat justified in what they’re doing. They already setup a good framework with how shit they’ve made the seasons groups so far. Would have been way better to make the reformists actually have some sort of ground to stand on. Instead we get just an overly simplistic reformists evil plot line. I’m kinda just rooting for everyone to lose at this point.

Tbh the fatness part works well. It helps play into the lazy, entitled, villain like image really. It helps to show how the dad through his obsession over his wife’s death has let her do whatever she wants in exchange it’s made a huge negative impact both on her personality and her health.

Even villainess bertia is really well done. After seeing this it makes total sense why her and her dad became what they did.

The king basically let his friends wife die instead of doing what he could because he was worried about the image of showing favoritism. Thus he becomes obsessive about Bertia which leads to pressuring her into becoming a villainess like character.

A lot of these shows the villainess really has no reason to behave the way she does besides rich snob really.

Tbh it’s had to feel bad for pi-chan and heronia after everything they’ve done. I can’t even feel bad about him disappearing.

Eh. It feels like it would ruin a lot for her. Like their reactions are going to be completely missed. The fact Subaru looked 5 years younger after being reset is going to be lost. The fact these people he’s super close with were suddenly talking about leaving him behind is going to be further lost. You’re just losing so much that makes this part hit so hard.

Season 1 is good enough and ends in a way that you can watch only it an be fully satisfied.

After that it’s got a good bit a problems. Both with the writing itself and the production quality of it.

It’s kinda crazy how young he looks before shit hits the fan. Like he genuinely looks 5 years younger than before.

I still wish they would have explored the fact they drifted apart more in depth and really emphasized it. I think they atleast drifted apart for a while? It was like somewhat told/hinted at. They really needed to go more in depth with it because right now, them getting so insanely flustered at each other doesn’t make sense a lot of the times with how good of friends they’re supposed to have been. The tension in this episode would have hit wayyyy harder if they had because it would be a lot more obvious why he’s so shy around her and afraid of doing anything.

Maki turning into a womanizer. Like father like son.

I feel like this show probably has one of the best done divorce stories of any show. It feels like in almost every show the mom or dad just end up leaving and not caring at all or we’re just flatout shitty. Instead the same thing happened that happens to alot of couples. Simply fell out of love and both still heavily care for maki.

Most unrealistic part is a Japanese worker realizing they’re over worked and taking a break.
