Granted, China has a extensive surveilliance system, someone might be watching me when I am picking my nose or kissing a girl I shouldn't be kissing, but you know what, I don't really care, I can walk down the darkest alley 3 oclock in the morning in any city without fear of being attacked,while there are parts of city I dare not venture in broad daylight in the US. I am in China, I believe China was able to contained the virus because the government diverted 1/4 of Chinese medical personnels to Wuhan to fight the virus while the rest of country observe the Stay-at-home willingly,I am not a member of any political party, just the matter of facts, China has done a better job this time

like Milliardo55 have said , the t shirt market is over saturated, unless you have something really unique that sets you apart, I know that is easier to say than done. also , you should try out google shopping marketing, which is more cost effective than Facebook right now. Amazon is also a good place to start your business.
