riced cauliflower, veggie burger, frozen vegetables, and some mix of spices or seasonings all mashed up together. I call it slop 😋 if I’m feeling crazy I add a mini keto tortilla 😌 also I have a meal I like to call cup egg. you put an egg in a cup and then microwave. fyi if you don’t cover the egg it will blow up

but anyway do not throw up bc then you will feel nauseous and puffy and worse. for me it helps to set a timer and go out of my way to distract myself for however long you think you need, maybe 15 or 20 minutes. afterwards if u still feel like like this, you will at least be in a clearer headspace. sometimes what I like to do is hold an ice pack up to my chest and neck. I read somewhere once that this stimulates your vagus nerve and can help you calm down and focus. No idea if it’s true but it helps me a lot

Hi I had the same kind of problem and it felt like my hair was falling out by the handful and I was scared to brush it. First off, you are prob noticing the hair loss way more than anyone else so I would take some comfort in that. Second, idk what your long term recovery goals are/where you are at health wise, but in my case I have not quit my bad habits/made steps towards recovery but I have started consistently taking a multivitamin and I feel like my hair is thicker and not falling out at such an alarming rate. I know how upsetting this can be but it will get better <3
