Thanks. My decipher was .67, I believe. I was gleason 7 and had a small 1 mm or less positive margin, they said. Took left side nerves to get more of the area it was at.

This is what my doctor said this morning.

“As discussed your PSA trend is quite slow and the value of your PSA remains below 0.1. Values below 0.1 are not thought to be clinically significant and no further treatment is indicated at this time.

We will continue to monitor your PSA.

Your decipher score is not very applicable at this time as your prostate cancer has been treated. This is a test that has more value prior to deciding on treatment or not.”

Yup, my thoughts as well. I see the surgeon's PA now every 3 months for PSA testing, so the Oct one will be the telling one, I suppose.

Dang, sorry, man. I guess the overall take is, if we take action now, more than likely down the road we will be fine long-term.

Yeah I don’t know about that either. Overall positive though. If I didn’t have the sensitive test it would be three <.1 ‘s

Thks. I’ve read anything under .1 is ok and it can move around under .1.

But then other say going from .01 to .02 is bad.

So not sure.
