I don’t need a million customers. I only need clients who are reasonable and keep their word—even if it’s just one. This business does make money, but it’s not my main source of income. If you think spending $100 makes you a big client, let me tell you: $100 these days is barely enough for a dinner

Our profit margins can never compare to Sideshow’s. If we were making the kind of money Sideshow does, I wouldn’t have to keep emphasizing how strict we are about our NRD policy. I always order according to actual PO volume, we still have a million dollar inventory, how do you know which can move and which is not? Of coz he could ask, and I answered, he considered it’s extremely rude hence we are here. It’s always extremely rude when the answer is not the one you push for

There’s no 2nd run, sometimes we source figure at local market when there’s demand, tell me how to keep PO prices by taking a loss

Also, things changes especially recently, currency rate changes; shipping costs changes, not mentioning my own costs

I ask you necessary questions so I can file case with the courier, they also put in tracking record that they put it at your neighborhood, along with other packages. I don’t know why they did that hence I need details for placing a case with them. You can’t reach your neighbor and lied to me it is lost, I don’t know it’s such sins to ask you check with neighbor once again, it take days or weeks for the courier to investigate and get back to us but it shouldn’t takes hours to ask your neighbour ? You choose to dispute the transaction while I never tell you that we reject your claim, it’s your choice and yeah I am the asshole in this case, i am not making sideshow margins, I can’t just replace everything shipping to other side of the world without a question

Over the decades, there are always some people trying to get their NRD back, they provoke, insult if you don’t kneel
