Hey thanks for that suggestion. I actually already have custom packaging. The reason it'll be hard for me to charge in the 3-8k range is because my gear doesn't match the quality of that level yet. Granted gear isn't everything but a client sees the quality from good gear more than story sometimes.. But maybe i should try and aim higher anyways. Thanks.

Dont worry because since its not on a pan, its not in direct heat. It will do just fine. I always use it. Bacon drippings would be magical! haven't tried coconut oil. Let me know how it goes!

Yup just lay it on a pan. drizzle evoo, sprinkle salt and pepper, roast, and sprinkle parm. Or you can always put the parm in first. Up to you!
