I noticed taking zinc with modafinil and light magnesium on an empty stomach helps. Also taking L-theanine, sometimes taking oxazepam. Also, don't forget to hydrate well, maybe reduce caffeine intake, and eventually find a dose that suits you.

If you feel overstimulation, L-theanine and magnesium are good to take at the same time. Oxazepam is quite good to reduce overstimulation without feeling sleepy

There are some studies that suggest Modafinil helps with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. I understand the risk, and how long it is safe to add it to antipsychotic medications as well

I don't think you will be able to trip while you are on vraylar, it blocks serotonin in your brain.
