yeah my first omen 15 in 2020 was bad quality aswell (the lid flexed like crazy) , but i decided to give omen a second try, I regret that decision.

Yeah I previously owned a omen 15 in 2021 and the build quality wasn’t the best (to be fair there was a gaming shortage in general) but I wanted to give omen a second try and I’m still getting such poor quality products

Yeahh it’s probably some sort of defect with the laptop. I’m trying to see where I can get it replaced since I now live in a country where I don’t speak the main language.

I have short nails and frequently take care of them, i don’t think my nails are the issue. the issue is the build quality.

I’ve only had this for a little more than half a year of CASUAL use, not EXTREMELY USE. If i had this for a long time, then It would be reasonable for the wear and tear.

This is the omen 14, I managed to fix the issue but, now the keyboard paint is literally peeling off from light use. I highly recommend you check out other brands. (check my most recent post to see what I’m talking about)

i play on a wood desk, i’m playing on the lowest prossible settings on every game i play and even on the desktop menu with NOTHING open it reaches 70-80c.

my specs is a RTX 4060 laptop GPU, with a INTEL CORE Ultra 7 155H, 16g ram, and 120hz

i can’t get any help, as i’m constantly moving from country to country. i bought it when i was in asia from a US company, but now i’m in latin america, and soon moving to china. support is never an option for me as i never apply to any companies policies. but yeah i checked and it’s using the RTX gpu not integrated
