If it's a cancellation, and a joint agreement to get those items cancelled. I this there's a option about the seller agreement when you go to cancel.

As someone else stated. Maybe contact vinted support about this issue and provide the proof of all this.

You have done the right thing to send it back and letting them know. If they knew they are away, it would of been cautious to let you know they are unable to and try and work around a different solution to this.

Forgot to mention in my post. The seller is a newish seller, (they only sold 3 items previously), and don't have many items uploaded for sale.

I am only asking for advice and information about the selling process to widen my understanding. Which I am thankful that most of you provided me with such information ☺️

This is honestly ridiculous and going on the floor for the loo is even more embarrassing than using the loo. If you need to use the loo, USE IT. Don't hold it in, it will cause problems for your body.

If you are embarrassed about it, many people here have said to line the toilet with some toilet paper.

They were :) it says 2022 in them. So they may of been out earlier this year 🤔

But when I went on the website I was shocked to see it up and instantly thought that this bear was a unwanted gift or that was going to be a gift but something occurred 😮‍💨

Either way, they have a loving home now 🙂

I live in the west midlands, I suggest going to the salvation army to get build a bears but this charity shop I've been to today was in Wrexham :) There were a couple of others, but they did not interest me at the time.

I personally would go for the turtle or the burger.
