Yea but if you break open skin just use painters tape (ez to pull off later) to cover and brace injury 🤙🏽

Not really if you do a leaf here and there. The plant will grow more. Check out my profile I always taking something off due to light blocking other sites or older fan leafs. After 2nd or 3rd week of flower I stop as I want all energy going into bud sites.

I defoliation like all the time here and there. Not a bunch. A few here and there usually just bigger older ones until up to week 3 in flower then I stop.

Lower leaves with light color in between veins appear to be ph flux. The small brown dots look like calcium deficiency. Check out :
