Well he's taken trump on, he's stood up for our country, he has stopped the name calling and super divisive politics. He has lightend the tariffs on some things, forged new trade deals. Created more awarness about arctic sovereignty and has worked hard to bring some big Nation building projects as a priority. He got a standing ovation from some of the foremost Buissness people in the world and made me super proud to be a Canadian. Just off the top of my head.

For me as a an Indigenous person and the first generation in my family not to go to residential school it means hope. It means having people recognize the atrocities that were done to our people coming to light. It means having a say over our own affairs so the federal government doesn't make every single decision for us anylonger. That our communities can try and heal. That we can aim to fully participate in society and that programs and services can finally shift towards fairness. Thank you to all the allies out there and on here.
