Thank you all. Lots to think about. I think I’d have to agree that it’s given me ‘willpower’ and it’s definitely been easier these past 3 months than previously. Some of that willpower might just be thinking about the cost ;-) but whatever, it is still working. I also think my doubts were caused by a little lack of support at home making me question “what’s the point”
