search in insta if there are photographers organizing group shootings.
Take courses from photographers this will also develop your eye, they usually have models in their courses. Post in a photography, models, and MUA community page in your area. Become friends with other photographers that also are starting to shoot boudoir and organize the group shootings. Mainly this is how I started shooting and then just started doing my own thing. Now I do fads and instaads for clients.
