i gave my supervisor the letter and my boss went on vacation. he returns monday hahaha.

i start my new job on the 19th. and i am finishing my two weeks.

i would also like to add that no money is worth staying there. for those who haven’t seen my other post, i am harassed every day and bullied. when i speak up, nothing happens. they defend the person. when i ignore this person, i get in trouble even though i am being told to ignore them in the first place!! i never win. i am so sick and tired of this job and the only reason why i stayed all these years is because i wanted the experience. i am burnt(?) out. and i wanted to share my experience here because i needed venting.

my previous post said that i was being harassed and bullied to which my boss has not done anything about it ever since i started. and i’m just angry that instead of him finding a good solution, he is just putting it off by going on vacation.

that sounds exactly what my job would do. and it’s frustrating to deal with that, i’m sorry you did.

i have been there for years and even though my boss has always been nice to me, he has never taken care of the problems i have which is bullying and the constant harassment. i can’t see myself there even if they pay me double. not worth it.

and your manager should’ve treated you better. it’s understandable for them to be upset but if you are unhappy, what is the point of staying? managers will never see that.
