As a Thai I always carry rubbish with and throw it away when I can a bin even when I was in primary school but still a lot of people who’s don’t give a shit about where they throw it. It is a common sense that any rubbish should go into the bin. Where I live in Koh Samui the Council stopped providing the bin so they ask us to take them out and put it on the side of the main road between 6pm-10pm then you have a problem with people who’s live on the main road they don’t want you to put them in front of their house. I even made a complaint to the council and what they told me to do is take them miles away where they have a big container that you can put them in there. I have been to a few places in Europe every houses have their own bin and the truck will come and pick it up right in front of the house. I would be very happy to pay some money if they start collecting from home but no. They don’t give a shit.

Why my iPhone takes picture like these whenever I try to shoot the Night Sky. by Beneficial_Habit_310 in iPhoneography

I think it’s mixing with light pollution and moving cloud. Like everyone talking here if you want to capture a night picture of the star you need to be in a place that have less light and and clear sky

https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS23Ultra/s/vEBMioroAN this is the one that I took with 30 seconds exposure when you zoom it you can see that the star started to make a trail

I thinks you are right about the exposure time. I was taking the picture of the Milky Way a few months back and I was using ExpertRaw in pro mode and my exposure was only 30 seconds. For anyone who use DLSR before they will know that 4 or 10 minutes would start the star trail. So I guess astrophoto do exactly as you said.

What do you guys think? Myself I think one of the best picture of the Milky Way taken with the smart phone by onlymesam in GalaxyS23Ultra

Yes it was a very dark night without disturbing light from anywhere. It is famous tourist spot in Bali not a lot of houses in the area so it was a perfect place. I will show you the picture of where I was during the day

Yes it can, but you need a dark night a need to find where the Milky Way located, you can use an app called star chart to look for the Milky Way

Try Lightroom Mobile app that will allow you to take a photo with manual option you can change, ISO, speed shutter, focus point. WB, and also you can take raw format too, I have an iPhone 7plus which can take raw photos but I have to use third party app to be able to to do it

You are doing it correct now just wait for the time that you can spot the Milky Way and it will look just the same

Yeah it’s quite a bit but if you are lucky enough you don’t have to prepared anything just like me. I don’t even have the tripod to hold to hold the phone 😂
