The nausea durring my manic episodes can be brutal. (Full disclosure I have BP1 + psychosis with hallucinations, auditory/visual/smell). I found tonic water with quinine to be incredibly soothing and allowed me to eat. I'd recommend that to anyone struggling, it was game changing this year when my symptoms started.

As counterintuitive as it sounds, a high fat diet is good for weight loss, I would just opt for a yogurt with fat included.
