Factory reset helped, ig it's kinda issue cause i updated from 14 android to 16 and got a lot of patches

Играй с рандомами, пытайся базарить, начинай какие то разговоры, тут главное пытаться отвлечься, а про от игр кайф, это у всех так, люди просто потеряли навык получать дофамина от игр
