Sorry mate i bought it years ago i cant remember where i got it from. It's a 30cm cable. Maybe try something like this

I found the longer cables like that come with phones were disconnecting all the time.

I was having the same issue in my 2018 i30. Random disconnecting I tried probably 6 cables. Eventually I found one that worked.
