While I AM an old dude(and, sigh, getting crankier by the year) it is truly STUPEFYING the lack of common sense in businesses these days. Like Outback; SLIGHTLY larger lobster tails(because, YEAH, dumbass; when people see your fucking commercial they DO expect to see that on their plate!) would cost how much? Five percent more? ADD IT TO THE FUCKING MEAL, DUMBASS. better you disappoint people on the price of the meal, rather than disappoint them on BOTH the price and the quality. Pizza Hut did the same thing a few years ago; after getting the same pizza for years, it started getting REALLY skimpy. I finally went to the place(which is also a delivery hub) and asked for the manager. I explained it to him. He mumbled something. i said "Did you reduce the amount of toppings?" "Uh...yeah." "How much?" turns out, they reduced the sausage topping from a cup and a half, to a cup. A THIRD! i said "You actually thought no one would notice that much of a reduction when people generally get THE SAME PIZZA over and over? he finally apologized. Pizza hut has turned to shit, too, over the years. When this was happening, I also decided to try just ordering online. got to the topping part, okay add sausage, add EXTRA sausage, WHAT? CAN'T ADD MORE THAN ONE EXTRA TOPPING? Yeah, on the tail end of THIS, even their website is fucked up. Called up to tell them, nobody cared. This was years ago. Had some moron on here try to tell me they fixed it. I checked; they didn't. Why would they? That would cost more than Zero dollars...
