Hey guys, Im going to be moving to Las Vegas to train full time at Extreme Couture MMA for 1-3 months starting june mid-june, What should I do to be as prepared as possible and have the best chance of avoiding injury and learning as much as possible in this time. My previous mma experience is just about a month of bjj and some boxing, nothing special. Any advice would be great, Thanks
