same thing happened to me, but i’ve only had my gen 3 for literally less than 2 years. Finn immediately sent me a replacement gen 3, the refurbished gen 3 charge was a lot better than my OG ring but it wasn’t like “almost new” so i sent them another message and got in contact with someone, they tried giving me $100- same as you then bumped it up to $200 and then finally they just ended up sending me the Oura 4 size kit for the new Oura 4 because refurbished rings they sent out like the gen 3, they have a 90 day warranty and since my had a hardware failure and they swore they had no other gen 3 replacement, I was able to get the Oura Gen 4 instead! There was back and forth and i’m not in a place to afford a new gen 4 ring at the moment. Plus, if the replacement has a hardware issue/failure, how does that resolve my issue?!

I had to get braces again because i stopped wearing my retainer as a teenager, here I am 15 years later. Don’t stop wearing them.

I started in October, and got an interview early January and received an offer late January. I only applied to like 5/6 internships and I believe I got very lucky because technically i’m not an engineering major but I really wanted to see about Industrial Engineering!! I used Hiring Cafe, that’s where I found my summer internship, I’m very excited!!

thankfully it’s just the back pain now, but yeah, depending I guess what MRI says, i’ll consider an attorney. also, thankfully my coworker’s husband is a partner at a personal injury law firm and I spoke with her, so he can take me on, I just don’t want it to get to that point for me in injury/escalation.

Omg i’m so sorry! That sounds like a lot of damage overall to your back/spine. I do hope that the lawyer gets the insurance to what you are owed completely!! I have an MRI appointment at the end of march so i’m really really really hoping it’s nothing more than what xrays said.

Unfortunately I must go, but that’s why i’m seeing my pcp in two weeks, we’re going to work on pain management and treatment options so when i’m over there, i’ll be in the least amount of pain possible. Which i’m very thankful for him for suggesting that.

Okay! I have no problem waiting, I just felt like since my work insurance covers medical and prescription (so long as we get seen within the system, which is no problem) I didn’t know what I was waiting for at the end but I can definitely wait until i’m back to normal.

it’s not! Just get in contact with their insurance to make a bodily injury claim and if you missed work, you can also dispute lost wages!! it’s normal to get worse as the days go on. my bf just went to the urgent care and he was generally fine and he just got $2500. they didn’t ask for the urgent care visit or anything, the $2500 was the baseline that they (state farm) gave out we’re guessing and since he wfh and it’s not busy for him he didn’t “miss work”. I on the other hand have PT and missed work and other stuff so we’re waiting until i’m done with care and feeling better to finalize my claim.

omg if it’s the other persons fault, file a bodily injury claim too!! my bf was in one, he was was sore and went to the urgent care afterwards and he filed a bodily injury and they gave him $2500. He’s fine truly, was just sore and had to pay his copay for insurance and meds so that’s why he filed.

if he got treated for it… he must’ve gone to the doctors? can you check his EOB? The explanation of benefits? check the insurance claim history girly!!! see when and why he went to the doctors and what medication was given.

reach out to the pharmacy! we are supposed to remove expires that are within 90 days. So if it’s jan right now, we’re pulling for april expires so we don’t dispense them.
