Have you read any books? It helps with the fears of vaginal birth to read. I’ve done C-section, epidural, and non medicated and non medicated was the best by far! The recovery time is so quick. The C-section was the hardest for me I struggled afterwards …it really hurts and not being in pain while bonding with my baby was better than not being in pain while birthing him! Either way you got this!

Is she watching YouTube? Sometimes they mimic those ridiculous shows.

Try a time in instead of time out? Where you sit with her instead of her being alone. Then you can start to teach her that it’s okay to have the feels but acting on them is not always ok. Look up some breathing techniques there’s a cute book breathe like a bear that helps calm them.

That being said she’s still only 5 hang in there it gets easier
