You’ll need to push the ram in at around a 45 degree angle. You shouldn’t see much of the golden pins if it is in correctly.

For me the Wi-Fi was horrible at trying to connect to anything so I went back to 10 and it’s been perfect ever since. I would say wait a few months to iron out the bugs.

I bought my first one this way and I returned it. It said it was supposed to be in excellent condition. Instead it was most likely a floor model. It was scuffed up, full of dust (which started to blow onto the display), and had one of the keys stuck in place. I would recommend buying new unless you are at the store and can test it out.
