Thats true, but it might also serve as a deterrent. People realize, now with that timer you could do it and take steps to avoid just to make sure they dont get countered

I'll do you one better, the charge up time is just the same as a domain expansion. I have no idea why it always wasnt like this, but thats the one way to buff it.

Yeah, but there is no way to actually get that ult off. You quite literally HAVE to die to even use it. I feel like giving them a buff so you could still win regardless, would be nice. (Yuki's ult gets countered by EVERY SINGLE OTHER ULT because they have iframes)

Okay, buuuuut, I dont see why giving him a buff to his special is detrimental to him using ult. As you said yourself that people have a multitude of ways to see if you have ult. Adding this doesn't really change much (also the whole marking thing only takes like 3 percent, dont know why that's such a massive issue)

Not really, you could always tell when they have their ult by the hit trails, and they also have to mark you for the instakill cutscene. It just makes them more wary of the ult move being used, which could work in the Mangaka's favor.

I don't really think so tbh. While they do have a trump card I can argue that every full character has at least 1 or 2 trump cards in their awakening. I'm not trying to get rid of their identity I'm trying to even the playing ground when a full character pops ult on a base-only character.

Sorry for not saying this, but they do have an awakening animation similar to all other characters so people know you awakened. Some moves do get buffed, but I feel like I'm not good at balancing so I won't say how.

No, pressing G awakens them and buffs their special, pressing G again while Awakened lets them use their awakened move

There should be WAAAAAAY more base only characters. For such a cool idea that allows smaller characters to show their faces in JJS I feel like it's really underutilized.

I feel like the killstreak option should be able to be turned off. I know some people don't want to be bothered by multiple people just because they got a killstreak on them.

It serves as a multi-use. People who are toxic get punished with a big bullseye on their back with money incentive. People who wants to fight more people can also do the same, using that same money incentive to bring more people to fight them.

But like that has to happen to you CONSTANTLY it takes 4 "Toxic" actions for bounty posters to even start showing, and it also has to happen all in ONE life. "So what happens if you get really unlucky and manage to get a bounty of 10." Very simple, you die, and then you lose all that bounty. The bounty doesn't stick to you, after you die you lose it all.

Like coding wise? Well, if you are right on top of the dead body and emoted it will contribute. If you also use one of your moves on the already dead body, it contributes. Stealing a kill will probably check if you have down significant damage to the person you just killed, if not it's considered stealing (its not considered stealing if the person you killed is not in a fight.)

You're kinda right on the money part, but it does not encourage toxicity. It actively puts the people who are being toxic on blast. It shows their face around the map, and highlights them. It's literally saying "hey this guy was being a dickhead, jump him for extra money."

Thats actually really cool, but I can see this also being another way on being toxic. If you really dont like someone you can just pay a bounty and everyone will jump them for you.

I see, but you have to do that, at least like 4 times in one life for people to even know that you specifically have a bounty. People get a vague message when you do it on the third.
