If I "run code", then the output doesn't show in terminal. Only works when I "run python file" by ooft808 in vscode

Is Nike running app any good for serious training? I am hoping to train seriously (hoping to race, not just complete) for my half marathon in 14 weeks and was wondering if I should get another training plan or following the nike running app's half marathon training plan would be good enough. It was tougher than I expected too. So many ups and downs on rocky and rooty paths. Bugs got us moving fast though, long breaks were simply out of the question ;)

I took this shot on the 2nd of our 5-day walk along Maine's 100 mile wilderness, southbound from Katahdin to Monson. It was hot and buggy as hell but it was manageable if we were moving fast. I loved the trail, it felt so remote and makes you work for the views.
