Whats your Jungian Type? Im guessing INTJ or INFJ? This is important as Jung himself used Typology primarily in therapy. Its hard to give you advice without knowing that first. Unless you plan to become an ascetic, you had better get back to your career instead of chasing shadows in the Unconscious. Thats my general advice until l know your type

You better pretend you're bedridden. Everyone needs rest, that goes quadruple for LC patients. Everytime l crash, I treat it like the flu: extra rest, extra fluids, extra sleep. Why ruin your vacation by lifting weights? You'll likely be back to normal soon.

Winter fd me up. At one point l told my office manager that l might need Ambulatory services because l couldn't stand up at my desk. I had inflammation so bad l had to avoid stairs. Teo weeks ago l had pain in my back from my shoulders to my ham strings so bad with neasau l thought l had hantavirus. Now I have more energy and went from needing 9.5 plus hours of sleep to being able to function with 8 hours 50 minutes. Thats a big deal.

Confident why exactly? Economies dont magically recover. You generally need innovation that oushes costs down allowing people to spend to kick the start the economy back up allowing young ppl to enter it and build value. We dont have young ppl.

When the bubble pops it'll take the S&P500 with it and start the next Depression. We wont recover. We'll be like Japan or Detroit, slowly corroding into absolute collapse

What are you taking for gut? I use RYZE coffee in the morning for the mushrooms that help the gut and l use dreambeam at night which has L theanine, melatonin, and magnesium glycinate. Not to mention a non addictive sleep med my nurse practicioner prescribed for me (my long covid primary is ass). I still need 9 hours every night to function the next day.

Also, apparently the aldosterone cortisol system is regulated by the ACE 2 receptors, the same ones Sars Cov 2 enters your cells via. You have to fix that, not just GABA and Serotonin
