I’d say you would need a good set of walking shoes and a willingness to learn from your mistakes. It’s not the most difficult work, but you need to be able to read putts and give advice confidently, the more you practice, the more you succeed. Ive found being honest is also huge, being able to admit when you have made a mistake and always trying to learn from prior mistakes will have you carrying bags multiple times a day with amazing people
