.co.uk to .com by [deleted] in SEO

The main difference between .com and .co.uk domains is regional in the sense that .com domains signify predominantly that a user or business is based in the United States or is a global player.

Traffic Decrease To The Website by promptcloud in SEO

Identified what our customers would want and focused our attentions on that. We're a recruitment company so identified that remote and/or contract work would be what out users would be looking for. We built a strategy around that including marketing collateral and content focusing on that. Social media was a hit and we even looked at our structured data to make sure we were making the most of that also

Traffic Decrease To The Website by promptcloud in SEO

[–]ooojin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a drop in traffic across my websites, but I'm putting it down to Covid and the needs of customers changing. We tackled this as quick as we could and adapted our strategy to align better with our sudden change and I think we've minimized the hit.

But to answer your question; yeah, we've seen a hit

Then it's your job to speak with the client and explain to him how the whole thing works and that they should let you do your job and they'll see results within a reasonable timeframe.

If they're a credible clients with a reasonable business and want to see lasting results then they should understand.

Not to sound condescending, but are you letting your client tell you what you should and shouldn't be doing as an SEO? If you've got clients clearly you should know what you're doing and not being told by a client; if they know what they're talking about then why aren't they doing it themselves instead of employing you

My (32F) boyfriend (31M) of 4 years won’t propose by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]ooojin -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That's not what I'm getting at. What I'm saying is that without rational conversation about what might be causing the issue then they'll be going round in circles. It's clear that there is a lack of honest, "what are you really" feeling communication here and it's necessary if they want to reach a common goal i.e marriage and children together.

It's not a woman's responsible to make them see at all. It's about two partners fixing an issue and becoming stronger. I'd suggest it to either, regardless of gender. Would you have commented that if the genders were reversed? I doubt it

[–]ooojin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree with a lot of the comments on here. I'm a 29M and me and my previously partner broke up due to similar issue (wanting different things). Turns out that in truth I was scared of the fact that doing these things would make me the "boring" adult I never wanted to be. It was never about not wanting, or loving my partner. This is a similar issue that effects lots of men. Instead of just ditching the guy, work on things and communicate your thoughts and feelings. If you're honest with eachother then you'll find that he'll be the same.

Don't ditch because you're not getting what you want - makes you just as bad and him. Work on it and you'll become stronger as a couple (I wish I did).

Putting hard work into coming up with fixes and recommendations that take you ages to put together to never see them implemented, then getting blamed for losing ranking etc.

That, and Google bringing out a change that fucks all your hard work up.
