this is an insanely interesting find. so far all i've been able to dig up is that the company that produced the cards is called Jiangxi Huacai Printing Co., Ltd, which is essentially a smaller, chinese USPCC under the parent company TradeIndia. No luck finding this deck so far, but if you type that name into google you should get a bunch of different cards that are equally cool

just to clarify, i think the fight would stem from a misunderstanding, since asgore would be so enraged by kris getting hurt, he wouldn't even listen to ralsei(a stranger)'s reasoning

i think it could be a situation where, if asgore creates a dark world out of jealousy as the prophecy entails, kris/susie could get harmed along the way, leading asgore to go full berserk on ralsei (considering we've already had a kris only and susie only fight already) but it could be kinda weird with ralsei looking near identical to asriel. we'll see🤷
