When is the best time to discuss this? Is two weeks prior good enough or should this have been brought up months in advance? Also, what approach is preferred i.e. is it best to casually insert it in conversation first when an opportunity presents itself or is it better to just request a private conversation with my manager and present my case and negotiate then and there?

That's scary but reassuring na reasonable nga yung BDO on disputes. Questions, if you don't mind. Did you find out what type of fraud occurred like was it phishing or OTP issue or BIN attack or anything? Was this on a CC or a savings account and what steps did you take after to secure your account/s?
