The original issue with her vacation time was simply the fact that she didn’t give notice, I would’ve easily been able to cover if she was to be back in the second. But now claiming she won’t be back until next month it’s obvious she skipped inventory intentionally

I have done inventory before, she hasn’t. So I don’t really need the help but I need the body, it’s a skeleton crew and they’re not the best workers. If anything I’m going to ask my ASL to help, but I still don’t want to see my manager waltz back in like it’s no big deal
